Mr. Calabro maintains an active Criminal Defense practice. He is a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney, a designation granted by the New Jersey Supreme Court to criminal trial attorneys who have demonstrated a high level of experience, education, knowledge, and skill in criminal trial practice. Mr. Calabro also serves as Prosecutor for East Hanover township.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Calabro served Essex County as a criminal prosecutor. In this capacity, Mr. Calabro gained valuable courtroom experience and training. He now applies those skills in his current criminal defense practice where he represents in state and federal court individuals who have been arrested and charged with a wide range of felony and misdemeanor level crimes including but not limited to murder, assault, theft, drug possession, embezzlement, fraud, burglary, and manslaughter. In addition to representing clients charged with violating the law, Mr. Calabro also represents individuals wishing to seal an arrest or conviction record through an expungement hearing.

Mr. Calabro's Personal Injury practice is as diverse as his criminal defense practice. He represents individuals who have been seriously injured as a result of the negligent or intentional conduct of another. He handles cases involving injuries arising out of motor vehicle accidents, employment or work related activities, slip and fall, and wrongful death.
